Anna Williamson

Anna Williamson is the Communications Manager for the Ellison Institute of Technology. In her role, she helps develop and guide the Institute’s communications efforts, including overall strategy, media relations, marketing, and web and social media development.

Prior to joining the Institute, Anna worked as an Account Supervisor at Elevate Public Affairs, a strategic affairs and communications firm. There, she helped develop and execute winning communications strategies for clients, including Fortune 100 companies, tech companies, nonprofits, and local municipalities. Before her time at Elevate, she managed digital marketing and communications for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and began her career in nonprofit communications at the largest Boys & Girls Clubs organization in the country.

Originally from South Carolina, Anna graduated from the University of South Carolina with a double major in Media Arts and Political Science. Outside of work, Anna enjoys time spent with family, friends, and her incredibly active dog, Cosmo; gardening; playing almost any game; and live music wherever she can find it.
