Michael Doche, PhD

Michael Doche is the Manager, Cell Line Team at the Ellison Institute of Technology. In his role, he is leading the Cell Line Team to establish a 2D & 3D-cell line bank, optimize culture protocols, and characterize cell lines for research purposes. He also participates in research projects to study cancer cell biology and the tumor microenvironment, with an emphasis in utilizing tumor organoids. Dr. Doche earned his B.S. in Biology from UCLA and then his Ph.D. in Molecular and Integrative Physiology from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, Dr. Doche enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter while cheering on L.A. sports teams.
